Feb 18, 2013– Abu Dhabi, UAE (Techreleased) – MineWolf Systems is proud to announce the launch of its latest platform, the Micro MineWolf (MW50) -its smallest platform for the clearance of explosive devices. The Micro MineWolf is being displayed today for the first time at IDEX the international defence exhibition in Abu Dhabi. It is being unveiled on the MineWolf Systems stand (No. 08-B25 in the Swiss Pavilion) by Lt Gen. Blattman, Chief of the Swiss Armed Forces.
The Micro MineWolf (MW50) is an armoured, remote controlled platform purpose-built for landmine, IED and route clearance in ultra-rugged, hard-to-access environments. It is easy to manoeuvre and transportable on a 4 x 4pick up and small enough to manoeuvre in jungles, forests and urban areas. Unique and versatile, it provides the ideal platform for clearing hard-to access areas or for supporting foot patrols.
